7. Removing and attaching appliance parts and accessories
7.1 Removing and attaching the appliance door
Removing the oven door makes it much easier
to access and clean the oven interior.
To do this, proceed as follows:
• Open the door completely.
• Fold the brackets on the two door hinges
fully forwards (1.1).
• Hold the door and close it carefully
to an opening angle of approx. 15°.
• Then lift the door so that the hinges come off
and remove it from the holder (1.2).
• Place the oven door on a soft surface, to protect
the handle and front from damage before cleaning.
To reinsert the door, proceed in reverse order
to that described above.
• To do this, align the attachment points of the hinges
and those of the hinge holders exactly with each other
before pushing the door back into its holder.
• Make sure to close the hinged brackets of the hinges
completely so that they are not damaged
when closing the oven door.
