7.3 Removing and inserting the slide-in rail racks
Removing the slide-in racks greatly facilitates access
to the inner side walls of the cooking chamber and their
cleaning.
To do this, proceed as follows for each side:
• Remove all accessories such as the baking tray(s),
cooking grate and telescopic pull-outs.
• Press the rail rack down slightly at the bottom of the
clamping point as shown (3.1) and release it from the
anchorage.
• Swing the rack away from the cooking chamber wall
to an angle of approx. 45° and then lift a bit so that
the upper hooks come out of their hooking holes
(3.2-3.3).
• During and after removing the rail rack from the cook-
ing chamber, make sure that the hooks and edges do
not come into contact with sensitive surfaces so as
not to scratch them.
To reinsert the slide-in rails proceed in the reverse order
to that described above.
• To do this, insert the rail rack into the cooking cham-
ber in a slightly inclined position, hang the upper
hooks downwards into the mounting holes
and swing the lower end of the rack towards the
cooking chamber wall.
• Press the lowest rack bar slightly downwards
at the clamping point and then push it towards
the oven inner wall into the holder.
• Make sure that the rail rack clicks into place
and is firmly seated.
