• Always keep the seal clean and replace it if it is
damaged to prevent damage from escaping heat!
For example, if the seal is heavily soiled,
the appliance door will no longer close properly
during operation, which may damage the fronts
of adjacent furniture or appliances!
• Over a longer period of time, moisture in the baking
chamber can lead to corrosion!
Allow the appliance to dry after use!
Do not leave moist food in the closed oven
for a long period of time!
Do not store food in the cooking chamber!

Food residues can damage the oven surfaces over
time!
• Avoid sugary stains, such as fruit juice in the cook-
ing chamber, as they may not be able to be removed
after cooling!
When preparing very moist food, such as fruit cakes,
do not cover the baking tray too generously and use
a deep baking tray!
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents
to clean the appliance, as this may damage the
surfaces!
Do not use spray cleaners in the area of the seal!
Follow the instructions for cleaning and care in the
relevant chapter!
