1. Unscrew the lever on both sides.
→ this prevents the counterweight from falling.
5. Loosen the lever for opening the door
6. Lift the longer door with handle off its hinges.
7. Remove the grille, flue pipe support plate, support
and steel base plate..
8. Remove the baffle plate.
9. Unscrew the fireclay retaining bracket and then re-
move the inserted fireclay bricks from the furnace.
10. Remove the reinforcement plate.
11. Unscrew the screws connecting the airwash chan-
nels to the air duct on both sides.
12. Remove the airwash ducts on both sides.
