Troubleshooting
Steam inlets (cover and seal area) must not
be covered on the outside.
Use appropriate cleaning agents and
temperatures according to the present
instructions for use.
Do not use acetone, benzine or
glucoprotamin-containing disinfection
agents.
Store protected from sunlight.
Observe loading height according to
section 5.
Repair by the manufacturer.
Pre-warm sterilization material to room
temperature (approx. 20° C/68°F).
Observe loading limits as described in
section 5.
Store hollow objects, trays, plates or similar
convex forms with their openings facing
downward.
Always store heavy containers at the
bottom.
Allow container to cool down to room
temperature before.
Do not store container on cold surfaces or
in a draft.
Check drying programs.
Introduce fractionated drying.
Check switching points of vacuum pump.
Check drying time.
Load and unload sterilizer quickly.
Brief pressing on the spring to the outside
leads to smoother movement of the disk.
