Carefully take the mower out of the shipping box.
Remove the wing nut (B) and the saucer-head screw (D) on both sides A1 .
Open out the Z-shaped folded guide bar by pulling upwards.
Lift the upper guide bar section until upper and lower section of the guide bar are
at one level.
(Figure E1)
The quick-release clamps for attachment of the upper and lower section of the bar
are preset by the manufacturer.
1.
Pull up the quick-release clamp to the bar.
2.
Tighten the screws by hand.
3.
Open the quick-release clamp.
4.
Tighten the screw by 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
5.
Pull up the quick-release clamp again and check whether the bars are firmly
connected. Correct if necessary.
Keep this setting. If the connection becomes loose over time, the screws
must be tightened.
Carefully pull back the guide bars and align the bore in the lower bar section with
the desired height adjustment opening in the holder (C) B1 .
Three different handlebar heights can be set.
Plug the screw (D) from the outside on both sides through the holder and lower bar
section, and tighten it to the knurled nut (B). Use the same opening in the
holder (C) on both sides B1 .
Attach the Bowden cables to the lower bar with the help of cable ties from
the tool bag.

CAUTION
When operating the bar height adjustment, the bar may turn over
unintentionally when loosening the wing nuts (B) B1 and the attachment
screws (D) between the lower bar section and the holder. In addition, this
may result in crushed points between the bottom of the bar and the holder.
This may result in risk of injury.

cable holder.

from popping out.
The starter cable holder must be fitted / aligned in such a way that the starter cable
is freely accessible and does not rub against any other parts.
