Beim Schalten des Ventils sowie bei der Ventilsitzreini-
gung oder einem Dichtungsdefekt tritt Reinigungsmedi-
um aus dem Leckageauslauf aus. Dieses ist in einem
geeignetem Auffangbehältnis wie zum Beispiel einem
Trichter oder einer Leckagewanne aufzufangen und
gesichert abzuführen. Es sind die Anweisungen in den
Sicherheitsdatenblätter der Reinigungsmittelhersteller
zu beachten.
Verwendungszweck
Die Doppelsitz-Bodenventile T_R, T_RL und T_RC wer-
den zum vermischungssicheren Absperren von hoch-
wertigen, nichtabrasiven Produkten an Tankausläufen
eingesetzt.
Die Doppelsitz-Bodenventile T_R, T_RL und T_RC sind
druckhaltende Ausrüstungs teile (ohne Sicherheitsfunk-
tion) im Sinne der Richtlinie über Druckgeräte: Richtli-
nie 97/23/EG. Sie sind eingestuft nach Anhang II in
Artikel 3, Absatz 3. Bei Abweichungen davon wird eine
spezielle Konformitätserklärung mitgeliefert.
Transport und
Lagerung
Lieferung prüfen
Beim Empfang des Ventils prüfen, ob
– Typen- und Seriennummer auf dem Typenschild mit
den Angaben der Bestell- und Lieferunterlagen über-
einstimmen,
– die Ausrüstung vollständig ist und alle Teile in ein-
wandfreiem Zustand vorliegen.
Äußerlich erkennbare Transportschäden und/oder feh-
lende Kolli sind beim anliefernden Spediteur sofort auf
dem Frachtbrief anzugeben. Die Spedition ist vom Emp-
fänger sofort schriftlich in Regress zu nehmen, und
Tuchenhagen ist über den Vorgang zu informieren.
Nicht sofort erkennbare Transportschäden sind inner-
halb von 6 Tagen beim Spediteur zu reklamieren.
Später beanstandete Schäden gehen zu Lasten des Emp-
fängers.

When the valve switches, when the valve seat is cleaned
or if a seal is defective, cleaning medium escapes from
the leakage outlet. This leakage must be collected in a
suitable container, e.g. a funnel or a drip pan, and
removed in a controlled manner. Observe the instruc-
tions in the safety data sheets issued by the detergent
manufacturers.
Designated Use
The Mixproof Bottom Valves type T_R, T_RL and T_RC
are used for the mixproof shut-off of highly valuable,
non-abrasive products at tank outlets.
Mixproof Bottom Valves type T_R, T_RL and T_RC are
pressure keeping equipment parts (without safety func-
tion) in the sense of the pressure equipment guideline
97/23/EC. They are classified according to Appendix II
in Article 3, Section 3. In case of deviations thereof, a
separate Declaration of Conformity will be handed out
together with the equipment.
Transport and
Storage
Checking the consignment
Upon receipt of the valve check whether the
– type and serial number on the type plate correspond
to the data in the order and delivery documents and
– the equipment is complete and all components are in
good order.
The forwarding agent must immediately be notified of
any transport damage detectable from the outside
and/or missing packages (confirmation on the consign-
ment note). The consignee shall take recourse against
the forwarding agent immediately in writing and
inform Tuchenhagen accordingly.
Transport damages which cannot be recognized imme-
diately shall be brought to the forwarder´s notice within
6 days. Later claims on damages shall be born by the
consignee.
