GEFAHR
Beim Lösen der Klemm-
verbindung (23) am
Gehäuse des nicht ange-
steuerten Ventils besteht
Verletzungsgefahr, da die
freigesetzte Federvorspan-
nung den Antrieb sprung-
artig anhebt.
Vor dem Lösen der
Klemmverbindung des-
halb Federspannung
durch Belüften des
Antriebs mit Druckluft
aufheben.
• Antrieb bei X belüften.
• Klemmverbindung
(23*) entfernen.
• Antrieb entlüften.
Ventil vom
Gehäuse
trennen
VORSICHT
Die Oberflächen der
Balancer (21) sind Dich-
tungsflächen und dürfen
nicht beschädigt werden.
Beim Herausnehmen des
Ventils aus der Leitung
Balancer nicht gegen das
Gehäuse schlagen.
Ventil vorsichtig heraus-
ziehen.
VORSICHT
Bei liegend eingebautem
Ventil besonders darauf
achten, dass das Gewicht
des Ventils bei der
Demontage abgefangen
wird, um eine Beschädi-
gung von Sitzring und
Ventilteller zu vermeiden.

• Unscrew the CIP hose.

DANGER
When the clamp joints
21
(23) at the housing of the
non-actuated valve are
detached, the released
23*
spring force suddenly lifts
the actuator. There is a
danger of injury.

Therefore, prior to
detaching the clamp
joints, release the spring
tension by actuating the
valve actuator with
compressed air.
• Pressurize the actuator
at X.
• Remove clamp joints
(23*).
• Depressurize the
actuator.
Separating the
X
valve from the
housing
CAUTION
The surfaces of the
balancer (21) are sealing
surfaces and must not be
damaged.
Take care when removing
the valve from the pipe
that the balancer does not
hit the valve housing.
Carefully draw out the
valve.
CAUTION
For horizontally installed
valves take special care
that the weight of the
valve is supported when
dismounting the valve in
order to prevent damage
of the seat ring and valve
disk.
