cover plate (71) from the outside into the rectangular
hole on the lock section (67), then screw it in place
with the lock set (73, 76) from the inside by means of
the screws (S1).
Fig. b Push the outer handle (70) through the holes
of the lock (the rotating arm must point upwards) and
screw the outer handle (70) together with the inside
handle (78) from the inside by means of the
screw (S2).
Fig. c Insert the bolt bar (80) into the bolt catch (79).
Fig. d Insert the other end of the bolt bar (80) into
the rotating arm (77) and fasten the bolt catch (79) to
the lock section by means of the screws (S10). In do-
ing so, observe the permissible torque of 10 Nm.
4.5.6 Mounting the middle section(s)
Position the middle section(s) (86) in the door frame
and mount them in the same way as for the lock sec-
tion or bottom section.
4.5.7 Mounting the top section
Position the top section (87) in the door frame and
secure it against toppling over. Screw the top sec-
tion (87) to the section below on the external
hinges (48L/48R).

(88R/88L) described below relates to the
iso20-4 roller block (88R/88L) but applies to
both door versions.

the top section (87), prepare a roller block (88L/88R)
with a track roller (105L/105R) by screwing both to-
gether hand-tight with the screws (S5 + S12).
Fig. c Fig. d When installing a NovoPort drive, the
outer ring of the upper track roller (105L/105R) must
be disassembled on the drive side.
Take the track roller into your right hand. Place a
screwdriver between rib and tooth of the track roller.
Turn the track roller to the right to loosen the outer
ring and to pull it off.
Fig. e Mount a pre-assembled roller block (88L/88R)
on the left and right of the top section (87).
According to the corresponding door version, use the
following screws for assembly:
iso20-4 = screws (S10)
iso45-5 = screws (S19)
In doing so, observe the permissible torque of 10 Nm.
4.5.8 Mounting the middle hinges
Fig. a , page A18. After the assembly of the indi-
vidual door leaf sections (44;67;86;87), mount the
middle hinges (68).
According to the corresponding door version, use the
following screws for assembly:
iso20-4 = screws (S10)
iso45-5 = screws (S19)
Observe the permissible torque of 7 Nm when fasten-
ing the middle hinges (68).

Installing the tension springs

4.6.1 Suspending the wire cables
Fig. a and Fig. b , page A19. Lift the door leaf and
push it in its end position. Secure the door leaf on
both sides against sinking.
Fig. c Match each of the two wire cable ele-
ments (12) to the respective door side. Align the wire
cable elements (12) in a way that the left frame indic-
ates the red surface and the right frame indicates the
black surface.
Fig. d Insert the double end of the wire cable (12)
into the rope holder (4L/4R). Make sure that the wire
cables do not cross each other.
Fig. e Place the single ends of the wire cable (12)
around the deflection roller (17) and mount the de-
flection roller (17) with the screw (S15) to both sides
of the tail end (16L/16R). In doing so, make sure that
the two wire cables run parallel to each other. The
wire cables must not cross each other.
Fig. f Guide the two single ends of the wire
cable (12) to the rope swing device on the lower rope
mounting (57L/57R) of the bottom section (44).
Thread the ends of the wire cable (12) into the rope
swing device one by one, making sure that the wire
cables run parallel to each other.
Fig. g Mount the wire cable guide (21) to the rope
holder (4L/4R) with the screw (S17). Position the two
wire cables (S12) behind the wire cable guide (21)
and make sure they run parallel to each other.
4.6.2 Suspending the tension springs
Hazardous tensioned spring!
WARNING
After installation and after each adjust-
ment, the spring assembly must be se-
cured with the R-pin!
Fig. a , page A20. Hook the slot of the spring as-
sembly (11) into the lower spring suspension (5) and
secure it with the R-pin (15).
Fig. b Then hook the lug of the spring assembly (11,
slightly prestressed) into the spring tensioning
strap (12). Secure the spring assembly (11) with an
R-pin (15).
To determine the optimum tension of the tension
spring, open the door halfway. The door must be able
to maintain this position. You can adjust the spring
force by repositioning the lug of the spring tensioning
strap (12).
4.6.3 Completing the installation of the door leaf
Fig. a Depending on the type of door operation, it
may be necessary to mount guide plates (99).
Hand operation: Mount one guide plate (99) to the
frame on each side of the door.
NovoPort drive: Mount one guide plate (99) to the
frame on the NovoPort drive side only.
Ceiling pull: It is not necessary to install a guide
plate (99).
These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!
