Fig. l Position the two LS track brackets (19) as re-
quired for the intended suspension point and mount
one ceiling suspension on each side with the
screws (S6 + S12).
Fig. m Check the rail pair (14L/14R) for potential
twisting, then screw the remaining ceiling suspen-
sions to the garage ceiling by means of the
screws (S8) and the suitable plugs (S9).
Fig. n From a height of BRH = 2126 mm, an addi-
tional suspension is required for the rails. To do so,
screw another ceiling suspension each to the con-
necting plate (18) of both rail pairs (14L/14R) by
means of the screws (S6 + S12).

suspension, install an additional diagonal strut.

Mounting the door leaf

4.5.1 Premounting the bottom section
When pre-assembling the bottom section,
please observe the different procedures in
Fig. a and Fig.
respective door version.
Fig. a , page A12. iso20-4: Screw the bottom pro-
file (97) to the bottom section (44). To do so, use the
screws (S10) and the washers (U2). Note that the
screws are only inserted into the slot but not into the
outer holes.
Fig. b iso45-5: Pull the bottom seal (47) into the bot-
tom rail and adjust the length accordingly.
Fig. c Insert the rubber end plugs (45L/45R) on the
left and right each.
Fig. d Fig. e , page A12. Always remove the pro-
tection film on every door segment by carefully
carving into the protection film along the end cap,
then pull off the film.
Fig. f Attach the logo (58) to the outside of the bot-
tom section (44).
Fig. g iso45-5: Fasten the bottom grip (49) on the
inside. Use the screws (S19) for assembly and ob-
serve the permissible torque of 10 Nm.
4.5.2 Mounting the bottom section
Fig. a , page A13. Clean the seals of the angle
frames (1L/1R) with a damp cloth. Position the bot-
tom section (44) in the door frame and place approx.
30 mm (of squared timber or similar) underneath to
make it easier to lift the door leaf later. Secure the
bottom section (44) against toppling over.
Fig. b Pull the track roller (56) out of the pre-as-
sembled track roller holder (61) of the external
hinge (48L/48R) and insert the track roller into the
track roller holder (61) on the other side.
Fig. c Mount one external hinge (48L/48R) each to
the top left and right of the bottom section (44).
According to the corresponding door version, use the
following screws for assembly:
iso20-4 = screws (S10)
iso45-5 = screws (S19)

Fig. d Pull the track roller (56) out of the pre-as-
sembled track roller holder (61) of the lower mount-
ing (57L/57R) and insert the track roller into the track
roller holder (61) on the other side.
Fig. e Fig. f Attach the lower mounting (57L/57R) to
the bottom section (44). To do so, tilt the mount-
ing (57L/57R) towards yourself and insert the roller
first into the rail of the door frame (1L/1R). Then tilt
the mounting (57L/57R) back into its final position.

In doing so, observe the permissible torque of 10 Nm.
4.5.3 Adjusting the track rollers
Re-adjust the track rollers every time you
insert another door segment. This allows you
to have a good insight on the distance
between the sliding strip of the frame and the
inserted door segment. In doing so, observe
the following settings for different door drive
types.
Fig. a , page A15. Loosen the screw (56a) for ad-
justing the track roller (56).
Fig. b Hand operation and ceiling pull: Adjust all
track rollers (56) in a way that the door segment's dis-
tance to the sliding strip is approx. 1.5 – 2 mm (pull
rolls in direction of the arrow).
Fig. c NovoPort drive: Adjust the track rollers (56)
as previously described. On the NovoPort side, in-
verse the running direction of the topmost track
roller (56) in order to pull the door leaf away from the
sliding edge.
Make sure that the track rollers can be turned easily
by hand.
4.5.4 Mounting the lock section
Fig. a , page A16. Position the lock section (67) in
the door frame and secure it against toppling over.
When inserting the section, check groove and spring
connector between the sections for proper fit.
Fig. b Screw the lock section (67) to the bottom sec-
tion (44) below on the external hinges (48L/48R),
then mount one external hinge (48L/48R) each at the
top left and right in the same way as for the bottom
section (44).
According to the corresponding door version, use the
following screws for assembly:
iso20-4 = screws (S10)
iso45-5 = screws (S19)
In doing so, observe the permissible torque of 10 Nm.
4.5.5 Mounting the lock (optional)
Mount the lock set to the lock section according to the
illustrations.
