cmd=DAPI_SPECIAL_AD_FIFO_SET_CHANNEL
par0=16 Bit value for A/D channels which will be written into the fifo.
Every bit represents one A/D converter (Bit0 -> AD0, Bit1 -> AD1, ..
Bit15 -> AD15).
To activate the fifo for the specific A/D converter the represent bit
must be set to high.
