B.9.7 FUNZIONAMENTO
DELLA GRU ELETTRICA ETR
Il tempo massimo di utilizzo della gru
elettrica dipende dal ciclo di lavoro e
dalla pressione di esercizio.
Sono definiti:
- Servizio di breve durata S2
Il motore funziona a carico costante per
un periodo non sufficiente
raggiungere l'equilibrio termico.
Segue poi una pausa durante la quale il
motore ritorna alla temperatura iniziale.
Il fattore di utilizzo è espresso in minuti.
- Servizio intermittente periodico S3
Il motore compie una sequenza di cicli
di lavoro uniformi (durata 10 min).
Ogni ciclo consiste di un periodo di
funzionamento a carico costante (Ts) e
di un intervallo senza carico (Tr).
Pertanto Ts + Tr = 10 min.
Il fattore di utilizzo è espresso in
percentuale: per esempio
indica che il motore opera sotto carico
per 1 min e senza carico per 9 min.
L'operatore deve
considerazione i fattori di utilizzo per
poter utilizzare in modo continuo la gru
(vedi §D.1.7).

B.9.7 FUNCTIONING OF THE
ELECTRIC ETR CRANE
The max crane working time depends
on the working cycle and on the working
pressure.
They are defined:
- Short time duty S2
The motor operates at constant load for
per a period not sufficient for thermal
equilibrium being reached.
Then a pause follows: the motor

again.
The duty factor is given in minutes.
- Intermittent periodic duty S3
The motor performs a sequence of
identical duty cycles (duration 10 min.)
Every cycle consists of a period of
constant load (Ts) followed by an
interval of no load (Tr).
Therefore Ts + Tr = 10 min.
The duty factor is given in a percentual
S3=10% value: for example S3=10% indicates
that the motor operates under load for
1 min and without load for 9 min.

Belastung für eine so kurze Zeit, dass
das thermisches Gleichgewicht nicht
erreicht wird. Darauf folgt eine Pause:
die Temperature des Motors sinkt bis
zum Anfangswert wieder.
Der Betriebsfaktor wird in Minuten
gegeben.
- Aussetzbetrieb S3
Der Motor verrichtet
gleichmäßiger Arbeitsspiele (Dauer 10
Minuten). Jedes Spiel besteht aus einer
Betriebszeit bei konstanter Belastung
(Ts) und einer Zeitspanne
Belastung (Tr). Also Ts + Tr = 10 Min.
Der Betriebsfaktor wird in Prozent
gegeben: z.B. S3=10% bezeichnet,
dass der Motor für 1 Minute unter
Belastung und für 9 Minuten ohne
Belastung funktioniert.
