Daily activation of machine

Press the
on/off button "S" for about 2 seconds;
The machine is now in the extraction phase at the
speed set before the last shutdown.

Extraction phase
Use the buttons "T" and "W" to increase or decrease the
extraction speed. There are 8 extraction speed values
in a scale going from 1 to 9.
I3.2
Max. speed
Use the button "U" to increase the extraction speed to
maximum for a few seconds. This function can be handy
when starting to cook food that creates lots of smoke.
