Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide for:
The installation of an adequate electrical power supply
ahead of the machine, as indicated in the equipment
technical characteristics (see Table 1).
Ducting for the electrical connection between the
workplace electrical panel and the equipment;
General workplace lighting to guarantee at least 500
lx according to point 5.2.2 of Standard EN 12464-1
or according to a value established by the current
regulations in the country of use.

Characteristics of the place of machine
installation
The machine is designed for installation in professional-
type (not domestic) kitchens, canteens, showrooms,
etc.
The machine is not suitable for built-in installation.

Machine space limits

A suitable space must be left around the machine (for
the outlet of fi ltered air, operations, maintenance, etc.).
The passages for personnel having to work on the
machine must be at least 500 mm wide.

Preliminary positioning

The machine is supplied in a single unit.
The machine must be taken to the place of installation
and removed from the packing base only when being
installed.
Arranging the machine:
Position the machine near the required place or that
described in the manual;
Wear protective gloves and unpack the machine;
Carefully remove the protective fi lm from the panels
without tearing it, to avoid leaving traces of glue.

Disposal of packing

All the packing materials are environmentally friendly.
They can be safely kept, recycled or burned in an
appropriate waste incineration plant. Recyclable plastic
parts are marked as follows:

The parts in wood and cardboard can be disposed of,
respecting the current regulations in the country where
the machine is used.

Machine positioning

ATTENTION!
It is advisable to place the machine on
a fl at fl oor.
ATTENTION!
Moving the appliance without the
constant supervision of a qualifi ed
operator is forbidden.
The appliance must be placed directly on the fl oor
where it will slide thanks to the wheels "L" mounted in
Zone E.
Make sure to block the wheels equipped with brakes on
the operator side before any work on the machine and
before commissioning.

Fitting the cable holder

The appliance is equipped with an accessory that
facilitates gathering of the power cable during moving
and maintenance operations (fi g. 1).
Fit the cable holder "T" on the side where the control
panel is:

Installation diagrams

The installation diagrams (page 2) give the machine's
overall dimensions and the position of electrical
connections, the maximum height of cooking pans, as
well as the position of the surround elements such as
walls and any fastenings.
The wall is represented in the diagrams with the
symbol:

Electrical connection

Connection to the power supply must be carried out in
compliance with the regulations and provisions in force
in the country of use.
Make sure the machine power supply voltage given on
the dataplate (Table 1) matches the mains voltage;
