TECHNICAL DATA

C1

Main technical characteristics

For the general technical characteristics of each
"LIBERO POINT" model described in this manual, refer
to Table 1 - General characteristics, performance
and consumption.
C2

Power supply characteristics

The machine's AC power supply must meet the following
conditions:
Max. voltage variation ±6%;
Max. frequency variation ±1%;
ATTENTION!
The machine's power supply must be
protected against overcurrents (short
circuits and overloads) by fuses or
suitable thermal-magnetic switches.
ATTENTION!
The protection rating against water
entering is: IP20.
For protection against indirect contact
(depending on the type of power supply
and the connection of masses to the
equipotential protection circuit) refer to
point 6.3.3 of EN 60204-1 (IEC 60204-1)
with the use of protection devices that
ensure automatic disconnection of
the power supply in case of insulation
failure in TN or TT systems or, for IT
systems, the use of isolation controllers
or
differential
devices to activate automatic power
disconnection (except when there a
protection device to disconnect the
power in case of a fi rst fault to ground,
an isolation controller must be provided
to indicate the occurrence of a fi rst fault
by an active part to the masses or to
ground. This device must activate an
audible and/or visual signal which must
continue for the duration of the fault).
E.g. in a TT system, a differential
switch with cut-in current (e.g. 30 mA)
coordinated with the grounding system
of the building where the machine is
located must be installed ahead of the
supply.
ATTENTION!
The Customer is requested to follow
these
instructions,
Manufacturer does not guarantee the
machine for continuous operation and/

Introduction

Transport (i.e. transfer of the machine from one place to
another) and handling (i.e. transfer inside workplaces)
must occur with the use of appropriate and adequate
means.
The machine can be transported by road, rail, sea or
air. Except for transport by road, the machine is placed
inside a container in which there are also other machines.
The machines can be placed inside the container by the
Manufacturer or by the forwarder.
ATTENTION!
Due to their size, the machines cannot
be stacked on top of each other during
transport; this eliminates any risks of
loads tipping over due to stacking.
The Manufacturer declines any liability for possible
damage to the packages and the machine.
On receiving the machine, check that the packages
and components are not damaged. In case of
damage, immediately notify the carrier and inform the
Manufacturer.
If the appliance received has visible or hidden damage,
a claim can be made with the forwarder.
Visible losses or damage must be reported in the
transport document at the time of delivery. The
transport document must be signed by the forwarder's
representative (e.g. driver). If the transport document is
not signed, the forwarder can reject the claim.
A request for inspection must be made to the forwarder
in case of hidden damage or losses detectable only
after unpacking the appliance.
The forwarder will arrange an inspection. Keep all the
contents and packing material. Under no circumstances
should a damaged appliance be returned to the
manufacturer
without
permission.
The machine must only be transported, handled and
stored by qualifi ed personnel, who must:
Have specifi c technical training and experience;
Be familiar with the safety regulations and applicable
laws in the relevant sector;
Be familiar with the general safety rules;
Be able to recognize and avoid any possible hazard;
The Manufacturer declines any liability whenever
transport is undertaken by carriers chosen by the
Customer.
