Grounding
This product must be connected to a metal outlet,
permanent wiring system, or to a grounding device
where the conductor must be connected to the wires
of the circuit and in turn connected to the terminal, or to
the appliance grounding cable.
This product must be grounded. In case of malfunction
or fault, the grounding provides a path of minimum
resistance for the electric current, to reduce the risk
of electric shock. This product comes with a cable
with ground wire and ground pole. The plug must be
connected to a power socket properly installed and
grounded in accordance with the standards and local
regulations.

DESCRIPTION OF CONTROL PANEL
Described below are all the single buttons and functions
present in the control panel on the front of the hood (fi g.
3).

Basic controls
Button S - On / Off
This button switches the appliance on and off (press for
about 2 seconds).
When the extraction fan is activated the speed will
automatically be set to the last value selected before
appliance shutdown.
Button T - Increase extraction speed
This button increases the appliance extraction speed.
Button W - Decrease extraction speed
This button decreases the appliance extraction speed.
Button U - Max. speed
Pressing this button increases the machine extraction
speed to maximum for a few seconds.
Buttons V-X - Disabled buttons
The buttons shown are disabled.

STARTING

Preliminary checks, adjustments and
operational tests
G1.1
Electrical checks
Before starting the machine:
•
Check the correct connection of the electrical wires
feeding the machine;
•
Make sure the mains voltage and frequency match the
data given in Table 1;
•
Make sure all the guards, safety devices and emergency
switches are in place and effi cient.

Component positioning check
•
Check the correct positioning of the grease trays and
labyrinth fi lters in Zone A (par. B.2.1). The fi lters must
be properly positioned;
•
Apply the brakes of the castors on the operator side;
•
Make sure that no objects obstruct the inlets of
A;
•
Remove the tray supports "
•
Install the cooking appliances, connecting them to the
outlets "G", carefully following the relevant instructions
and respecting the values given in Table 1;
•
Refi t the tray supports "
cooking appliances under the specially designed
reliefs.
•
Clean the inside of the refrigerated drawers "
damp cloth and dry thoroughly to ensure their proper
hygiene.

Insert the plug in the panel powering the appliance;
