Tighten magnetic oil drain plug (1) to 20 Nm (177 lbf.in.).
The overload clutch is the link between the engine and the rear axle of the kart. In
case that the rear axle has been blocked by breaking, the overload clutch is slipping
shortly and is not transferring the peak load from the rear axle to the engine.
Put some oil on the inner diameter of the 4 bushings inside the overload clutch use,
engine oil SAE 15W-40.
Slide the clamp ring (1) the thrust washer (2) and the overload clutch (3) to the
middle of the rear axle.
The rear axle of the kart must have a smooth surface (no grooves for keys) in the
area of the 4 bushings of the overload clutch.
Put some oil on the 2 bushings inside the hollow shaft of the motor, use engine oil
SAE 15W-40.
Do not tighten the overload clutch and clamp ring yet, (see section 6.1 Engine
suspension with engine brackets).
