Pressure measurement module 4P4D4/4VP4D4

4.5.1

Electrical connections

The bus coupler supplies power to the pressure measurement module via the electrical backplane
connections (13) and (15). The module does not contain any additional power supply connections.
4.5.2

Pneumatic connections

The pressure measurement module is equipped with four input connections to connect compressed
air tubing with Ø 4 mm or Ø 5/32 inch, calibrated on exterior. These come in a push-in design (D = 4
mm, 5/32 inch).
The connection ID on the pressure measurement module 4P4D4 for
Input channel 1 is X2P1,
Input channel 2 is X2P2,
Input channel 3 is X2P3,
Input channel 4 is X2P4.
The connection ID on the pressure measurement module 4VP4D4 for
Input channel 1 is X2VP1,
Input channel 2 is X2VP2,
Input channel 3 is X2VP3,
Input channel 4 is X2VP4.
Unused pneumatic connections must be provided with a blanking plug. The blanking plugs are
included in the scope of delivery for the pressure measurement module.
NOTE: Damage to sensors! The maximum permissible input pressure on the sensors is p =
15 bar with pressure measurement module 4P4D4 and p = 2 bar with pressure measurement
module 4VP4D4.
4.5.3

LEDs

The pressure measurement modules only have module-related LEDs and no channel-related LEDs.
The module-related LEDs (1), (2), and (3). are for voltage and diagnosis monitoring.
The channel-related LEDs (9) are not present; however, the optical conductors are visible due to the
design.
