If the positive control (PTC) is not detected in the specified Ct range but the negative
control is valid, all reactions need to be reanalyzed, including the positive control.
If the negative control (NTC) is not negative but the positive control is valid, all
reactions need to be reanalyzed, including the negative control.
If the specified values are not met, check the following things before repeating the test:
- Expiration date of the reagents used
- Functionality of the devices used
- Correct test procedure
