10. Quality control
Samples are evaluated using the analysis software of the respective real-time PCR
device according to the manufacturer's instructions. Negative and positive controls
must show the correct results (see Table 5, Fig. 1). For a quantitative analysis, the
target values of the respective standards must also show the correct results (see
Table 6, Fig. 1).
The positive control is used in a total quantity of 10
