Description of electric ovens for pizza parlours
These products, specifically designed to cook, broil or heat pizza and/or similar products, are characterised
by a highly simplified construction in order to reduce the possibility of malfunctions to a minimum and
facilitate maintenance.
Electric ovens for pizza parlours are built in two versions, stainless steel or rustic, and in various dimensions
to meet their users' different needs. They are equipped with all the safety devices required to meet the
strictest European Directives.
All the cooking chambers are equipped with a surface made of refractory material and a rock wool lining
purposely designed to keep the required optimal cooking temperature constant.
The resistances inside the cooking chamber are armoured and permit thermostats to adjust the temperature
from 50° C to about 500° C.
Cooking chamber doors are equipped with a Pyrex inspection window (except mod. MINI) used to resist high
temperatures.
