To pack the food correctly:

Put the food into the packaging.

Squeeze out air completely.

Close packaging tightly.

Mark packaging with contents and freezing date.

The following are unsuitable as packaging:
Wrapping paper, parchment paper, cellophane, refuse
bags and used shopping bags.
The following are suitable as packaging:
Plastic film, polyethylene film sleeves, aluminium foil,
freezer containers. You will find these products at your
local dealer.
For sealing, the following are suitable:
Rubber bands, plastic clips, string, cold resistant
adhesive tape or similar.
Bags and polyethylene film sleeves can be sealed with a
film sealer.

Freezing capacity

You can freeze up to 9.5 kg of food within 24 hours.

Storage life of frozen food

The storage length depends on the type of food that is
frozen.
At medium temperature:
Fish, sausage, ready meals, baked
goods
Cheese, poultry, meat
Vegetables, fruit

Thawing out frozen food

Depending upon type of food and its intended use, it can
be thawed:

Note:
Do not refreeze food that is partially or completely
thawed. Only after preparation (boiling or roasting) can it
again be frozen.
Do not use the full maximum storage length for the frozen
food.

Pull out freezer compartment drawer as far as
possible.
Remove lower basket tray by lifting upwards.
On both sides, unscrew the screws on the hooks.
