Replace Filter display

The appliance indicates the condition of the inserted filter
cartridge via two LEDs:
Yellow LED:
The yellow LED lights up if 90% of the intended maximum
quantity of water has passed through the filter cartridge,
or if 11 months have passed since the installation of the
filter cartridge.
This is a reminder for ordering a new filter cartridge.
Red LED (replacement indicator):
The red LED lights up if the maximum permitted amount
of water has gone through the filter cartridge or
12 months have passed since the filter cartridge has
been in use.
The filter cartridge should be replaced promptly.
After replacing the filter, reset the filter display (see section
entitled Water filter").

Holiday Mode

When this function is switched on, the freezer
compartment is defrosted less often to save energy.
Note:
If the Holiday Mode is to be switched on for an extended
period of time (more than 3 days), then follow the
directions in the section entitled Preparation for
extended absence".
To switch on this function:
Press Holiday Mode button.
The LED lights up if the function is switched on.
To switch off the function:
Press Holiday Mode button or open appliance door.
The LED extinguishes.
Note:
During the first hour after this function has been switched
on, the function can not be switched off by opening the
appliance door.
