Information on
drinking water quality
q We recommend that you
occasionally dispense a little fresh
water from the water dispenser and
not switch off the appliance.
This will ensure optimum water
quality.
q All materials used in the beverage
dispenser are odourless and
tasteless.
q If a hose extension is required,
use an original water hose only.
q Should water have an aftertaste
it may be for the following reasons:
- the mineral and chlorine content
of the drinking water,
- materials from the domestic or
mains water pipes,
- the freshness of the drinking
water (when the water has not
been run for some time it can
taste stale.
In this case run off about 15 glasses
of water and throw them away).

Remove the drip grid
for cleaning
Spilt water collects in the water
collecting tray under the drip grid.
The drip grid can be removed for
wiping and cleaning.
Switching OFF the Ice
and cooled water makers
Important!
If the appliance is disconnected from
the mains for longer than 4 hours, all
the ice must be removed from the ice
maker and the ice maker switched
OFF.
Otherwise, melting ice may overflow
onto the floor.
Dispense all the ice cubes and then
press the button (button goes out).
When the ice maker is switched ON
again, throw away approx. 15 glasses
of water. Throw away the initial batch
of ice cubes.
