NEVER insert your fingers into the
ice dispenser opening. (Fig 5)
q Switching ON the ice maker
Switch on the ice maker by pressing
the button (button illuminates).
If the ice maker has been switched
on for the first time, it will take
approx. 2 hours before the first ice
cubes are ready. If the ice maker is
reconnected to the appliance, we
recommend that you throw away the
initial portions of ice cubes.
Important!
If the appliance is switched OFF
for longer than 4 hours, all the ice
must be removed from the ice
maker and the ice maker switched
OFF. Otherwise, melting ice may
overflow onto the floor.

to ice cubes", a little crushed ice
may be dispensed initially, even
though ice cubes" were selected.
Ice is dispensed for two minutes.
If more ice is required, press the
button again.
The max. quantity of ice cubes
produced is approx. 1.5 kg per
24 hours.
q When using the water dispenser
for the first time, please note:
Press the dispenser button for
several minutes until the water can
be dispensed without bubbles. As
the water dispenser is being
switched ON for the first time, we
recommend that you throw away the
first 15 glasses of water. It takes
several hours for the water to be
cooled by the ice maker.
q Dispensing cooled water
Position a glass and press the
dispenser button (Fig. 6/22) until
the glass is filled with the required
amount of water. The dispenser
stops after two minutes. If more
water is required, the button must
be pushed again.
The temperature of the water is
approx. 4 °C. If you require colder
water, place ice cubes in the glass
before filling with water.
The cooled water container in the
appliance holds approx. 1.2 litres.
