5.2. Griff (10) und Feder (19)
(Beschreibung gilt für rechten Rückenholmen)
Kunststoffabdeckung (13) entfernen.
2 Schrauben M 6 x 16 (9) am Griff entfernen.
Griff (10) abziehen. Gewindestift (11) des Feststellringes (12) herausdrehen.
Feststellring (12) mit Feder entfernen.
Kugelkopf (20) der Griffachse herausdrehen.
Griffachse kann nun demontiert werden.
5.3. Gasdruckfeder im linken Holmen (nur 1131, 1211)
Rückenteil (2) in höchste Stellung bringen.
Abdeckblech (22) demontieren.
Sicherungsscheiben (23) an den Lagerbolzen (24, 25) entfernen,
und Lagerbolzen mit Bolzenabzieher herausziehen.
Gasfeder (26) kann nach unten entnommen werden.
Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
Beim Einsetzen des Lagerbolzens (25) die zwei Kunststoffdistanzhülsen
zur Zentrierung der Gasfeder wieder einsetzen.
5.2 Grip (10) and spring (19)
(This description applies to the right-hand back rail)
Remove the plastic cover (13).
Remove the two M6 x 16 screws (9) at the grip.
Remove the grip (10). Unscrew the grub screw (11) at the locking ring (12).
Remove the locking ring (12) with the spring.
Unscrew the ball head (20) at the grip shaft.
The grip shaft can now be removed.
5.3 Gas-loaded spring in the left-hand rail (1131, 1211 only)
Raise the back section (2) of the table top to its uppermost position.
Remove the cover plate (22).
Remove the clamping rings (23) at the bearing pins (24, 25),
and remove the bearing pins using the pin extractors.
Take out the gas-loaded spring (26) with the piston rod end downward.
Mount in reverse order.
When re-installing the bearing pin, insert the two plastic spacer rings
to center the gas-loaded spring.
