4. Hydraulische Einrichtungen
4.1. Hydraulik-Arbeitsleitungen
Montagearbeiten an Hydraulik-Arbeitsleitungen werden notwendig bei:
Austausch von Hydraulik-Arbeitsleitungen,
Austausch von Zylindern; Austausch des Hydraulik-Aggregates
Der Anschluß einer Hydraulik-Arbeitsleitung besteht aus:
Hohlschraube (1) SW12, Dichtring (2)
Hydraulik-Schlauch, bestehend aus Ringstück (4) und Druckschlauchleitung (3)
Achtung:
Vor Montage muß unbedingt die Position der Hydraulik-Arbeitsleitung zum
angeschlossenen Bauteil notiert werden.
Beim Anschließen Hydraulik-Schaltplan beachten!
Bei der Montage sind grundsätzlich neue Dichtringe (2) zu verwenden.
Hohlschrauben und Hydraulik-Arbeitsleitungen sind vor Einbau auf Beschädigung
zu untersuchen (Sichtkontrolle)
Bei Montage unbedingt Drehmomentschlüssel verwenden.
Hohlschraube (1) mit einem Drehmoment von 10 Nm anziehen.
Nach Abschluß der Arbeiten Ölstand kontrollieren.
Hinweis:
Am Hydraulik-Schlauch Anschluß "KB" des Kantungszylinders werden
Hohlschrauben (1a) mit eingebauter Blende 0,3mm eingesetzt
(siehe Hydraulikplan)
4. Hydraulic equipments
4.1 Hydraulic pressure hoses
Working on the hydraulic pressure hoses will be necessary, when:
replacing the hydraulic pressure hoses
replacing cylinders; replacing the hydraulic power unit
The connection fitting at a hydraulic pressure hose comprises:
hollow screw (1) 12mm, sealing washer (2)
hydraulic hose with the eye (4) and the hose (3)
Important:
Be sure to note the position of the hydraulic hose in relation to the component to which it is attached
before detaching the hose.
Follow the hydraulic circuit diagram when making connections!
New sealing rings (2) should always be used whenever a hydraulic hose is mounted.
Make a visual inspection for damage to the hollow screws and the hydraulic pressure hoses before installing them.
A torque wrench must be used during assembly.
Torque the hollow screw (1) down to 10 Nm.
Check the oil level after completing the work.
Note:
At hydraulic hose connection "KB" for the tilt cylinder use two hollow screws (1a) with an integral grub
screw having a 0.3 mm orifice (see hydraulic circuit diagram).
