4.6. Austausch des Hydraulik-Aggregates

Bei Funktionsausfall des Hydraulik-Aggregates empfiehlt das Werk, das komplette
Aggregat auszutauschen.
Falls doch eine Reparatur vor Ort durchgeführt werden muß, sollte sie vom Werkskundendienst
durchgeführt werden, der über die entsprechenden Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen verfügt.
OP-Tisch in oberste Stellung fahren.
Hebearm der Neigungs "0"-Stellung entfernen.
Höhenführung durch fixieren von 2 Gewindestiften (9) blockieren oder durch
Abstützen des Führungsgehäuses (11) gegen Absinken sichern.
Gewindestift (1) und Neigungsachse (2) entfernen.
Säulenkopf mit Lagerfläche kopfseitig abklappen und absichern!
Neigungszylinder (8) vollständig einfahren.
Hydraulik-Anschlüsse am Hydraulik-Aggregat (10) entfernen.
Achtung: Anschlußwinkel der Hydraulikleitungen beachten (Skizze)
Schrauben (3) des Klemmkastendeckels (4) entfernen.
Anschlüsse für Motor und Ventilverdrahtung abklemmen.
3 Schrauben (5) lösen, Hydraulik-Aggregat nach unten senken und herausnehmen.
Austausch-Aggregat montieren. Betriebsdruck 100 bar prüfen ggf. einstellen.
4.6 Replacing the hydraulic power unit
The manufacturer recommends replacing the entire assembly if the hydraulic power unit should fail.
If, however, a repair must be made in the field, this should be done by factory service personnel
who have available the appropriate tools and equipment.
Raise the operating table to its uppermost position.
Remove the lever arm for the Trendelenburg "0" position.
Lock elevation guide by fixing the two grub screws (9), or secure it by supporting the guide housing (11)
to keep it from dropping.
Remove the grub screw (1) and the Trendelenburg shaft (2).
Swing down the column head and table top surface at the head end!
Retract the Trendelenburg cylinder (8) completely.
Detach the hydraulic connections at the hydraulic unit (10).
Caution: Observe the connection angle of the hydraulic hoses (drawing).
Remove the bolts (3) at the terminal box cover (4).
Detach the connections for the motor und valve wiring.
Remove the three bolts (5), lower and remove the hydraulic unit.
Install the replacement unit, check and adjust the operating pressure at 100 bar.
