3.13. Potentiometer für"0"-Stellung Kantung / Neigung
Entsprechendes Kabel an der Empfängerplatine abklemmen.
Kabelverschraubung lösen und Kabel herausziehen.
Kniehebel (4) des entsprechenden Potentiometers abziehen. Zwei Schrauben des Haltebleches
vom alten auf den neuen Poti übernehmen und in umgekehrter Reihenfolge einbauen.
Anschluß der Kabel an der Empfängerplatine gemäß gültigen Verdrahtungsplan.
Zum Einstellen der Potentiometer (1/2) muß der Faltenbalg (3) des OP-Tisches gelöst
und mit der Verkleidung nach unten geschoben werden.
Am Bediengerät Funktionstaste "0" betätigen.
Mit Schraubendreher die Drehachse (4) des Potentiometers für Kantung (1) und Neigung (2)
verstellen bis OP-Tisch in gewünschter Lage steht ( ± 0,3° zur Waagerechten)
Danach Kantungs- und Neigungsfunktion betätigen durch Drücken der "0"-Tasten das Anfahren
des OP-Tisches zur "0"-Position überprüfen.
In dieser Position muß die Längsverschiebung des OP-Tisches möglich sein.
Falls nicht "0"-Position entsprechend verändern!
3.13 Setting the "0" position potentiometers for tilt / Trendelenburg control
Disconnect the corresponding cable at the receiver module .
Loosen the cable screw fitting and pull out the cable.
Withdraw the knee lever (4) of the corresponding potentiometers. Take the two supporting shim screws from the
old potentiometers and install them at the new potentiometers in reverse order.
Connect the cable to the receiver module in accordance with the valid wiring diagram.
Prepare for setting the potentiometers (1/2) by detaching the bellow (3) from the operating table and sliding it
downward together with the column casings.
Press the "0" function control key at the control unit.
Use a screwdriver to set the potentiometer shafts (4) for tilt (1) and Trendelenburg control (2) until the operating
table has moved into the desired position (horizontal, ± 0.3°).
Check by first using both the tilt and Trendelenburg functions and then press the "0" function control button to move
the operating table into its "0" position.
In this position it must be possible to shift the operating table in the longitudinal direction.
If not, modify the "0" position accordingly!
