Arbeitsleitungen (HA / HB) kennzeichnen. Hohlschrauben (9) entfernen.
Arbeitsleitungen mit Schraube, Mutter und Dichtungen abdichten.
Sicherungsblech (11) entfernen. 2 Anschlussbohrungen an der Kolbenstange
verschließen (z.B. Kunststoffstopfen). Kolbenstange (17) aus dem Gehäuse
herausdrehen (im Uhrzeigersinn).
Montagegestell zur Demontage des Höhenzylinders (1) seitlich verfahren (siehe Bild).
Achtung: Spiralkabel mit Feder (13) nicht überdrehen!
Höhenzylinder (1) von Hand gegen Herabfallen sichern.
6 Schrauben (14) der Platte entfernen.
Durch Eindrehen zweier Gewindestifte (8) Platte abziehen.
Höhenzylinder / Führung (1) komplett herausnehmen.
Montage:
Höhenzylinder (1) ins Führungsgehäuse einführen.
Einbaulage beachten:
Flanschseite (16) mit zwei Gewindebohrungen zeigt nach außen!
Mit Gabelschlüssel SW 22 Kolbenstange (17) ins Zentralkörpergehäuse eindrehen:
Gewindeansatz bündig mit Gehäuse und Schräge (12) der Kolbenstange (17) zeigt
zum Neigungszylinder. Sicherungsblech (11) montieren.
Label the hydraulic hoses (HA/HB). Remove the hollow screws (9).
Seal the pressure lines with a screw, cap nut and gaskets.
Remove the locking plate (11). Close the two connection holes at the piston rod (using plastic plugs). Rotate the
piston rod (17) clockwise to remove it from the housing.
Shift the assembly trestle to the side (see illustration) to prepare for dismantling the elevation cylinder (1).
Important: Do not overstretch the coiled cable with spring (13)!
Secure the elevation cylinder (1) by hand to keep it from dropping.
Remove six screws (14) from the plate.
Remove the plate by turning down two grub screws (8).
Remove the elevation cylinder and guide assembly (1) completely.
Assembly:
Insert the elevation cylinder (1) in the guide housing.
Observe proper installation position:
Flange side (16) with the two tapped holes faces outward!
Use a 22mm open-end wrench to turn the piston rod (17) down into the center housing.
End of threads flush with the housing and the slope (12) at the piston rod (17) points toward the Trendelenburg
cylinder. Mount the locking plate (11).
