3.7. Austausch Gleichstrommotor
Demontage:
Polster, Fußverkleidung, Säulenverkleidung entfernen; Faltenbalg nach unten schieben.
Neigungsachse entfernen, Tisch "kopftief" kippen.
Bediengerät entfernen.
Anschluß B5 am Ladegerät abziehen.
Anschlüsse (1) des Neigungszylinders lösen und abdichten.
Schrauben (2) lösen, den Klemmkastendeckel (3) herausheben.
Motor (4) und Steuerkabel (5) an der Klemmleiste (11) abklemmen.
Schraube (6) der Klemmscheibe (7) des Motor entfernen, Gewindestifte (8) lösen.
Klemmscheibe aus Gehäuse nehmen.
Tank entfernen, PG-Verschraubung (9) des Steuerkabels der Ventilverdrahtung lösen.
Kabel (5) soweit herausziehen, daß der Motor aus dem Gehäuse entnommen werden kann.
Montage:
Wird ein neuer Motor eingebaut, muß vom defekten bzw. ausgebauten Gleichstrommotor
die Kupplungshälfte auf den neuen Motor übernommen werden
(Einbauhöhe der Kupplungshälften beachten).
Motor in das Gehäuse einschieben, Klemmscheibe (7) auf Motor schrauben
Maß 82 + 1mm bis zum oberen Rand (10) beachten.
Drei Gewindestifte (8) gleichmäßig anziehen.
Steuerkabel (5) in Gehäuse einziehen, PG-Verschraubung festziehen.
Steuer- und Motorkabel nach Verdrahtungsplan anschließen.
Hinweis: Nach der Montage Stromaufnahme des Motors messen. Falls Stromaufnahme
über 8 A, 3 Gewindestifte (8) lösen und nochmals gleichmäßig anziehen.
Messung wiederholen. Stromaufnahme muß 6,5 A - 7,5 A sein (bei 100 bar).
Stromaufnahme im Leerlauf < 0,6 A.
3.7 Replacing the DC motor
Disassembly:
Remove the padding, base cover and column casing; slide the bellow downward.
Remove the Trendelenburg shaft and move the table into the Trendelenburg position.
Remove the control unit.
Detach connector B5 from the battery charger.
Detach the connections (1) at the Trendelenburg cylinder and seal off.
Unscrew the screws (2), lift out the terminal box cover (3).
Disconnect the motor (4) and control cable (5) at the terminal strip (11).
Remove the screw (6) at the motor clamping ring (7), remove the grub screws (8).
Take the clamping ring out of the housing.
Remove the tank, detach PG type threaded fitting (9) of the valve wiring control cable.
Pull the cable (5) out far enough that the motor can be removed from the housing.
Assembly:
When installing a new motor, the coupling must be removed from the old DC motor and mounted
on the new motor. (Observe installation position of the coupling).
Slide the motor into the housing, bolt the clamping ring (7) onto the motor.
Observe the correct distance to the upper edge (10) 82 + 1mm.
Tighten down uniformly the three grub screws (8).
Thread the control cable (5) into the housing, tighten down the PG type threaded connector.
Connect the control cable and motor cable in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Note: Once assembly is completed, measure the amount of current drawn by the motor.
If this value exceeds 8A, loosen the three grub screws (8) and tighten down again, uniformly.
Repeat the measurement. The reading for power drawn must be 6.5 A - 7.5 A (at 100 bar).
Power drawn by the motor in no-load operation < 0.6 A.
