4.7. Kantungszylinder

Hebelarm (3) der "0"-Stellung entfernen.
Gewindestift (1) am Bolzen (2) entfernen.
Bolzen (2) mit Schraube M6 abziehen,
Gewindestift des Bolzens (4) an der Kolbenstange entfernen,
Bolzen (4) mit Bolzenabzieher (5) entfernen.
Lagerfläche zur Seite kippen (bis zum mechanischem Anschlag).
Gewindestift des Bolzens (6) entfernen.
Kantungszylinder liegt komplett frei.
Hydraulikschläuche demontieren, neuer Hydraulikzylinder montieren.
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
4.8 Rückenzylinder (nur bei 1223 und 1131 mit hydraulischem Rücken)
Rückenfunktion in oberste Stellung fahren.
Befestigungsbolzen (7) der Kolbenstange entfernen. Kolbenstange einfahren.
Sicherungsscheiben (8) entfernen, mit Bolzenabzieher Befestigungsbolzen abziehen.
Rückenteil in Richtung Sitzplatte abklappen.
Abdeckplatte (10) entfernen. Hohlschrauben (9) am Zylinder entfernen.
Achtung: Öl tritt aus dem Zylinder aus!
Gewindestift (11), Befestigungsbolzen (12) entfernen.
Rückenzylinder herausnehmen. Neuer Rückenzylinder montieren.
4.7 Tilt cylinder
Remove the lever arm (3) for the "0" position.
Remove the grub screw (1) at the pin (2).
Remove the pin (2) with the M6 screw.
Remove the grub screw for the pin (4) at the piston rod, use the pin extractor (5) to remove the pin (4).
Tilt the table top to the side (to the mechanical stop).
Remove the grub screw at the pin (6).
The tilt cylinder is now completely exposed.
Detach the hydraulic hoses and install a new hydraulic cylinder.
Reassemble in reverse order.
4.8 Back cylinder (1223 and 1131 with hydraulic-powered back only)
Raise the back function into its uppermost position.
Remove the fixing pin (7) at the piston rod. Retract the piston rod.
Remove the clamping rings (8), and remove the fixing pin with the pin extractor.
Swing the back section toward the seat plate.
Remove the cover plate (10). Remove the hollow screws (9) at the cylinder.
Warning: Oil will escape from the cylinder!
Remove the grub screw (11) and fixing pin (12).
Remove the back plate actuator cylinder and install a new cylinder.
