4.4. Führungsgehäuse
Austausch Höhenzylinder (siehe Punkt 4.2) durchführen.
Hebelarm der Neigungs "0"-Stellung entfernen.
Gewindestift (2) des Bolzens (3) am Neigungszylinder (8) lösen.
Bolzen (3) 15 mm nach innen (Richtung Tank) treiben!
"Neigung fußtief" fahren bis kurz vor mechanischem Anfahren
des Bolzen (3) auf der Gehäuseplatte (4).
Gewindestift (5) am unteren Bolzen (6) lösen, Bolzen (6) komplett heraustreiben.
4 Schrauben (7) am Führungsgehäuse entfernen.
Montage analog Höhenzylinder / Führung (siehe Punkt 4.2)
4.5. Neigungszylinder
Beschreibung 4.4 ab Gewindestift (2) des Bolzens (3) ....
Nach Entfernung des unteren Bolzens (6), oberen Bolzen (3) soweit nach innen treiben,
daß Neigungszylinder (8) komplett frei liegt.
Hydraulikschläuche demontieren, Hydraulikzylinder austauschen.
Montage erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
4.4 Guide housing
Replace the elevation cylinder (Section 4.2).
Remove the lever arm (3) for the Trendelenburg "0" position.
Loosen the grub screw (2) at the pin (3) on the Trendelenburg cylinder (8).
Knock the pin (3) 15 mm inwards (toward the tank)!
Move the table top to the "reverse Trendelenburg" position until just before the pin (3) makes
mechanical contact with the housing plate (4).
Loosen the grub screw (5) at the lower pin (6), drive out the pin completely.
Remove the four screws (7) at the guide housing.
Assembly sequence analogue to that for the elevation cylinder and guide (Section 4.2)
4.5 Trendelenburg cylinder
Follow the instructions in Section 4.4 beginning with "Loosen the grub screw (2) at the pin (3)...".
After removing the lower pin (6), knock the upper pin (3) inward far enough that the Trendelenburg
cylinder (8) is entirely free.
Detach hydraulic hoses, replace hydraulic cylinder.
Assemble in reverse order.
