4.17 Austausch Blenden in Ventilsteuerblock 1
Im Ventilsteuerblock 1 (3)
Ventil entfernen (siehe Punkt 4.10)
Achtung: Beim entfernen des Ventils darauf achten, daß keine O-Ringe herunterfallen.
Tank abdecken.
Kunststoffsieb (4) aus der Bohrung entfernen.
Eine Schraube M3 Länge ca. 20 - 30mm in die Blende (5) eindrehen
und Blende mit O-Ring (6) herausziehen.
Blende säubern oder austauschen und mit Hilfe der Schraube wieder in die Bohrung drücken.
Kunststoffsieb (4) einsetzen, Ventil montieren.
Funktionskontrolle durchführen.
Evtl. Druckmessung am Zylinder vornehmen.
4.17 Replacing the orifice plates in control valve unit 1
In control valve unit 1 (3)
Remove the valve (see Section 4.9)
Caution: When removing the valve observe that no O-rings are lost.
Cover the tank.
Remove the plastic screen (4) from the hole.
Insert an M3 screw, 20 to 30 mm long, in the orifice (5) and pull out the orifice plate together
with the O-ring (6).
Clean or replace the orifice plate and use the screw to press it into position in the hole.
Insert the plastic screen (4), mount the valve.
Check for proper functioning.
It may be necessary to measure the pressure at the cylinder.
