2. Rollen und Feststelleinrichtung

2.1. Austausch von Lenkrollen (nur bei Varianten mit Trapezfuß)
OP-Tisch mit Hilfe des Montaggestells (4) und Adapters (3) anheben
und auf 2 Holzstücken (5) absetzen. (siehe Bild)
Lenkrolle (6) mit großem Schraubendreher aus der Rollenbuchse (8) heraushebeln.
Kugellager an der Rolle schmieren, ansetzen und einpressen.
2.2. Austausch Spurrollen (10) (nur bei Varianten mit Trapezfuß)
Vorbereitende Arbeiten wie Punkt 2.1
Sicherungsring von Radachse (11) außen entfernen und Radachse nach innen heraustreiben.
Spurrolle (10) mit 2 Distanzscheiben (12) kann nach unten entnommen werden.
Achtung: Beim Einbau darauf achten, daß Radachse (11) zentrisch durch Distanzscheiben (12)
und Rollen eingetrieben wird
2. Castors and locking device
2.1 Replacing the swivel castors (models with trapezoid base only)
Use the assemly trestle (4) and adapter (3) to raise the operating table; place it on two wooden
blocks (5) (see illustration).
Use a large screwdriver to pry the swivel roller (6) out of its bushing (8).
Lubricate the ball bearings at the castors; position and insert them.
2.2 Replacing the fixed castors (10) (models with trapezoid base only)
Prepare as described in section 2.1
Remove the retaining ring from the axle (11) at the outside end and drive the axle inward.
The fixed castor (10) with its two washers (12) can be removed downward.
Important: When reinstalling, ensure that the castor axle (11) is driven through the center of
the washers (12) and the castor.
