Spiel einstellen in Längsrichtung zum OP-Tisch:
Spiel zu groß:
Schraube (3) lösen. Mit Gewindestiften (2) Zustellkeil nach innen drücken. Schraube (3) festziehen.
Spiel zu stramm:
Gewindestifte (2) lösen. Mit Schraube (3) Zustellkeil herausziehen. Gewindestifte (2) anziehen.
Achtung: Die Einstellung am Zustellkeil muß mit äußerster Sorgfalt vorgenommen werden,
da durch zu starkes Anziehen die Führung festgeklemmt wird.
Spiel einstellen in Querrichtung zum OP-Tisch:
Spiel zu groß:
Mit Gewindestiften (4) Zustellplatte gegen Führungssäule drücken.
Spiel zu stramm:
Gewindestifte (4) lösen und wieder vorsichtig zudrehen.
Kontrolle:
Nach der Einstellung muß unbedingt kontrolliert werden. Hierzu OP-Tisch in höchste Stellung fahren.
Bei Belastung in Längs- und Querrichtung darf zwischen Führungssäule und Gleitbahn kein Spiel
feststellbar sein.
Setting the amount of play at the operating table in the longitudinal direction:
Too much play:
Remove the screw (3). Turn down the grub screws (2) to press the adjustment wedge inward.
Re-tighten the screw (3).
Too little play:
Remove the grub screws (2). Turn back the screw (3) to retract the adjustment wedge.
Re-tighten the grub screws (2).
Caution: Extreme care must be used when setting the adjustment wedge since the guide will
seize if the wedge is set too tight.
Setting the amount of play at the operating table in the transverse direction:
Too much play:
Adjust the grub screws (4) to press the adjustment plate against the guide column.
Too little play:
Loosen and carefully re-tighten the grub screws (4).
Checking the settings:
It is mandatory that a check be made following adjustment work.Raise the operating table
to its uppermost position. No play should be detectable between the guide column and the slip surfaces
when load is applied in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
