2.3. Austausch von Rollenbuchse (nur bei Varianten mit Trapezfuß)
Beide Radachsen entfernen.
Kipphebellager (3) mit Hebelmechanimus nach außen klappen (siehe Bild).
Zugfeder (4) an Schubstange (5) aushängen.
Schraube (6) (M8 x 50) aus Schubstange herausdrehen.
Gleitkeil (7) entfernen, zwei Schrauben (M 4 x 12).
Schubstange (5) am Radhaus vorbei herausziehen.
(Leicht nach außen biegen). Lenkrolle (8) entfernen.
Rollenbuchse (1) nach oben aus dem Fußgehäuse herausnehmen.
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge
2.3 Replacing the castor bushing (models with trapezoid base only)
Remove both castor axles.
Swing the bearing for the rocker lever (3) outward together with the lever mechanism (see illustration).
Disconnect the tension spring (4) from the thrust rod (5).
Remove the screw (6) (M8 x 50) from the thrust rod.
Remove the slip wedge (7) by unscrewing two M4 x 12 screws.
Pull out the thrust rod (5) alongside the wheel housing.
(Bend outward slightly). Remove the castors (8).
Remove the castor bushing (1) upward, out of the base housing.
Assemble in reverse order.
