Checking the oil level

Raise the operating table to ist uppermost position and align the table top horizontally ("0"-buttons).
Allow the column casing (3) to slide downward.
Lift the bellow and unscrew the bleeder screw (2).
The oil level must be above the minimum but below the maximum mark.
For older models without level stick:
Raise the operating table to its uppermost position and align the table top horizontally.
Allow the column casing (3) to slide downward.
Oil must be visible at the lower viewing glass (4) but not at the upper viewing glass (5).

Hydraulic cylinders

Before checking any particular hydraulic cylinder, it will be necessary to check the corresponding check
valve.
If this proves to be in satisfactory condition, then carry out the pressure test.
Use test adapters to connect the pressure gauges (150 bar) to the "A" and "B" lines.
Press and hold the "up" button on the control unit until the mechanical stop is reached and the pressure
rises to the maximum value.
Note: The pressure (100 or 130 bar) must not fall below 70 bar within a period of 30 minutes.
