3.10. Austausch Empfängerplatine, Programmspeicher
Sitzplattenpolster abnehmen.
Den darunter befindlichen Deckel entfernen.
Anschluß B5 am Ladegerät abziehen.
Anschlußdrähte abklemmen, Empfängerplatine (16) komplett demontieren.
nur bei Varianten mit T-Fuß
vor dem austauschen der Empfängerplatine (16) IR-Empfängerplatine (25) entfernen.
(siehe Punkt 3.11)
Hinweis: Programmspeicher (18) kann von der defekten Platine abgesaugt werden.
Einbaulage beachten (Schräge, Typenschild oben).
Bei der Verwendung einer neuen Platine (16) den jeweils zugehörigen
Programmspeicher (18) verwenden.
Codierschalter (27) auf die im Verdrahtungsplan angegebenen Ziffer stellen.
Achtung: Unterschiedliche Varianten (siehe Ersatzteillisten)
3.11. IR-Empfängerplatine
Beim Austausch der IR-Empfängerplatine (25) mit dem Programmspeicher (28) sind bei
der Inbetriebnahme die Codierschalter auf die gleiche Ziffer einzustellen, wie Empfängerplatine seriell.
3.12. Austausch Flanschdose und Deckel
Die entsprechenden Adern an der Empfängerplatine (16) abklemmen,
auf Farbkennung achten.
Flachmutter (8) lösen und defekte Flanschdose (9) oder Deckel (10) ersetzen.
3.10 Replacing the receiver board, microcontroller
Remove the seat plate padding.
Remove the cover located below the pad.
Detach connector B5 at the charging unit.
Detach the connection leads, remove the complete receiver board (16).
Models with T-shaped base only
Before replacing the receiver board (16), remove the IR receiver board (25) (see section 3.11).
Note: The program memory (18) can be removed from the defective board.
Note the installation position (angled part, data plate at the top).
When installing a new board (16), please use the corresponding program memory (18).
Set encoding switch (27) to the number indicated in the wiring diagram.
Important: There are different models available (see spare parts list).
3.11 IR receiver board
When replacing the IR receiver module (25) with the program memory (28), the encoding switches
have to be set to the same number as the serial receiver module.
3.12 Replacing the flange socket and cover
Disconnect the corresponding wires at the receiver module (16); observe the correct colours.
Loosen flat nut (8) and replace the defective flange socket (9) or cover (10).
