4.2. Höhenzylinder / Führung
OP-Tisch in waagerechte Position fahren ("0"-Position).
OP-Tisch (mit Längsverschiebung) Lagerfläche fußwärts bis Endanschlag schieben.
Sitzpolster (Sitzplatte) abnehmen, Gehäusedeckel (5) abschrauben.
Säulenverkleidung (2) komplett entfernen. OP-Tisch in höchste Stellung fahren.
Adapter (3) für Montagegestell 1009.94 (4) am Zentralkörpergehäuse befestigen.
Montagegestell (4) ansetzen (siehe Bild)
Durch Betätigen der Funktionstaste "Höhe tief" OP-Tischfuß vom Boden abheben
bis die beiden Holzstücke (1) (100 x 100 x 300 mm) unter den Tischfuß passen.
Hinweis: Adapter muß weiterhin im Montagegestell aufsitzen!
6 Schrauben (6) entfernen. Funktionstaste "Höhe tief" betätigen.
Führungssäule (7) einfahren bis 30 mm vor Endanschlag.
OP-Tisch in "Kantung links" fahren bis Hohlschrauben (9) zugänglich sind.
Bediengerät entfernen.
4.2 Elevation cylinder and guide
Bring the operating table into the horizontal (home or "0" position).
Slide the operating table (if equipped with longitudinal shift feature) all the way to the foot end, until it strikes the
stop.
Remove the seat padding (seat plate), unscrew the housing cover (5).
Remove the column casing (2) completely, raise the operating table to its uppermost position.
Attach the adapter (3) for assembly trestle 1009.94 (4) at the center housing.
Attach the assembly trestle (4) (see illustration).
Press the "lower" function control button to raise the operating table base off the floor far enough that the two
wooden blocks (1) (100 x 100 x 300 mm) fit under the table base.
Note: The adapter must continue to be in full contact with the assemly trestle!
Remove the six screws. Press the "lower" function control button.
Retract the guide column (7) to a point 30 mm before the limiting stop.
Tilt the operating table to the left until the hollow screws (9) become accessible.
Remove the control unit.
