Sostituzione dell'olio motore, sostituzione e pulizia filtri olio.

Per la sostituzione completa dell'olio motore procedere, a motore caldo, nel
seguente modo:
- Mettere il motociclo in posizione verticale e porre una bacinella sotto il
motore;
- Rimuovere il tappo di carico (1) ed i tappi di scarico (2) e (3) nel sottocoppa
in modo da evacuare tutto l'olio motore;
- Rimontare i tappi di scarico (tappo M14: 24 Nm/ 2,45 Kgm/ 18.1 ft-lb; tappo
M22: 60 Nm/ 6,1 Kgm/ 44 ft-lb) e le guarnizioni dopo aver rimosso eventuali
particelle dal nucleo calamitato del tappo destro.
Versare attraverso il foro del tappo di carico la quantità prescritta di olio (vedi
pag. A.16). Far girare il motore ai minimo per qualche minuto, spegnerlo ed
attendere qualche minuto per consentire all'olio di livellarsi uniformemente
nel carter. Con il motociclo verticale, controllare attraverso l'oblò (C) posto
dietro al pedale del freno posteriore, che il livello si trovi compreso tra le due
tacche(A) e (B) come indicato nella figura. Per sostituire la cartuccia filtro (5) è
necessario svitare le due viti di fissaggio (6) e rimuovere il coperchio (7) con
relativo anello OR. Sfilare la molla (8) e la cartuccia; eseguire il rimontaggio
nel modo inverso allo smontaggio sostituendo l'anello OR (vite 6: 9,3 Nm/
0,95 Kgm/ 6.9 ft-lb).
Fare attenzione a non toccare l'olio caldo.
Oil change , cleaning and changing oil fllters
Drain the oil with warm engine.
Work as follows:
- Set the motorcycle in vertical position and place a vessel under the engine;
- Remove oil filler cap (1) and drain plugs (2) and (3) under the sump to
drain all the oil;
- First remove possible particles from the magnetized care of the right plug,
then set the drain plugs and the gasket in position again (M14 plug: 24 Nm/
2,45 Kgm/ 18.1 ft-lb; M22 plug: 60 Nm/ 6,1 Kgm/ 44 ft-lb).
Add the required amount of oil through the oil filler (see page A.16).
Slowly turn the engine for some minutes, the turn it off and wait for some
minutes to allow the oil setting inside the sump. With the motorcycle set in
vertical position, and looking through window (C), check that the level is
between the two notches (A) and (B) placed at the back of the rear brake
pedal, as shown in figure. To change the filter cartridge (5), unscrew the two
retaining screws (6), remove the cover (7) and the "O" ring . Remove both
spring (8) and cartridge; replace the O-ring and reverse the operations when
reassembling (screw 6: 9,3 Nm/ 0,95 Kgm/ 6.9 ft-lb).
Be careful not to touch hot engine oil.
