Rimontaggio pistone e cilindro
Montare i segmenti del pistone come indica la figura.
Sul 1° e 2°segmento la marcatura deve essere rivolta
verso l'alto.
Installare una nuova guarnizione base cilindro;
- verificare la corrispondenza di tolleranze tra pistone e cilindro
(vedere a pag. G.31);
- chiudere con un panno pulito l'apertura del basamento;
- montare il pistone (1) dopo aver lubrificato con olio motore
anche spinotto e piede di biella: verificare un gioco assiale di
0,2 mm dello spinotto (2) e montare gli anellini ritegno spinotto;
- installare l'attrezzo per comprimere i segmenti (attrezzo codice
8C00 52306) e supportare il pistone;
- assicurarsi che la freccia sul pistone sia orientata in avanti;
- lubrificare con olio motore la canna del cilindro e spingerla
sopra i segmenti;
- togliere gli attrezzzi precedentemente impiegati.
Reassembly of piston and cylinder
Fit the piston rings as shown in figure.
On 1st and 2nd piston ring the mark must be turned
highwards.
Install a new base gasket;
- check the piston-cylinder clearance (see page G.31);
- close with a clean cloth the opening of the crankcase,
- install the piston (1), lubricate the piston, the piston pin and the
conrod small end with engine oil: check that the piston pin (2)
has an axial play of 0,2 mm (0.0079 in.) then lock the pin with
the retaining rings;
- install the piston rings compressor tool (service tool code no.
8C00 52306) and hold the piston;
- make sure that the arrow on the pisto is pointing forward;
- lubricate the cylinder with engine oil and push it down over the
piston rings. Remove the previously assembled tools.
Remontage du piston et cylindre
Monter les segments du piston selon la figure.
Sur le 1° et 2°segment la marque doit être tourné vers le
haut.
Installer un nouveau joint sur la base du cylindre;
- contrôler la correspondance des tolérences entre piston et
cylindre (voir page G....);
- fermer l'ouverture du carter avec un chiffon prope;
- monter le piston (1) après avoir aussi lubrifié avec huile
moteur le tourillon et le pied de bielle; contrôler le jeu axial de
l'axe de piston (2) que doit être de 0,2 mm et bloquer ce dernier
avec les anneaux ressort;
- installer l'outil pour comprimer les segments du piston ( o util
code 8C00 52306) et soutenir le piston;
- s'assurer que la flèche sur le piston soit orientée en devant;
- lubrifier le cylindre avec huile moteur et le pousser au dessus

- enlever les outils précédemment employés.
Wiederzusammensetzung des Kolbens und des Zylinders
Die Kolbenringe montieren, wie das Bild zeigt.
Auf das 1° und auf das 2° Kolbenringe das Kennzeichen
soll nach oben gewandt sein.
Eine neue Grundfläche-Dichtung installieren;
- prüfen Sie die Übereinstimmung der Toleranzen zwischen
dem Kolben und dem Zylinder (Siehe Seite G.31);
- mit einem reinen Lumpen die Öffnung des Kurbelgehäuses
schließen
- den Kolben montieren, wobei man mit Öl schmiert (mit Öl
Motor der Kolbenbolzen und der Fuß von Pleuel schmieren);
- es muß ein Längsspiel von 0,2 mm des Bolzen sein (2) und
diesen letzen mit vorgesehene Federringe befestigen;
- das Werkzeug installieren, um die Ringe des Kolbens
(Werkzeug Kennzeichnung 8C00 52306) und das Lager des
Kolbens zu pressen;
- versichen Sie sinc baß, den Pfeil auf Kolben nach vom
orientiert ist;
- die Zylinderbuchse schmieren und sie über die Ringe
schieben;
- die vorher benutzten Werkzeuge entfernen.
Reensamblaje piston y cilindro
Monte los segmentos del pistón como indica la figura.
Sobre el 1° y 2°segmento la marca tiene que estar
dirigida hacia arriba.
Instale una nueva guarnición base cilindro;
- comprobar la correspondencia de tolerancias entre el pistón y
el cilindro (ver página G.31);
- cerrar con un trapo limpio la abertrura del cárter;
- montar el pistón (1) después de también haber lubricado con
aceite motor el eje del piston y el pie de biela: controlar un
juego axial de 0,2 mm del perno (2) y bloquear este ùltimo con
los apòsitos anillos elàsticos;
- instale la herramienta para apretar los segmentos del pistón
(herramienta código n. 8C00 52306) y soporte el pistón;
- asegúrese que la flecha sobre el pistón sea orientada hacia
adelante;
- lubrique la camisa del cilindro y empújela sobre los
segmentos;
- quite las herramientas usadas anteriormente.
