38.2.1 auto-negotiate
Enable or disable automatic negotiation on the interface. The cable crossing
settings have no effect if auto-negotiation is enabled. In this case cable cros-
sing is always set to auto. Cable crossing is set to the value chosen by the
user if auto-negotiation is disabled.



