Test Cartridge Storage
Refrigerated 2 °C to 8 °C (36 °F to 46 °F)
Pouched Quo-Test A1C Test Cartridges are stable until the expiry
date only when stored refrigerated. The expiry date is the last day of
the month stated on the pouch and kit carton.
Room Temperature Storage 15 °C to 25 °C (59 °C to 77 °F)
Pouched Quo-Test A1C Test Cartridges can be stored at room
temperature for up to 30 days, if still within the expiry date stated on
the pouch or carton. Note the date of removal from the refrigerator on
the pouch or kit carton. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Test Cartridge Preparation
and Integrity Check
Allow at least 40 minutes for unopened pouches to equilibrate to the
analyzer's environmental temperature before use, even if previously
stored at room temperature. Do not use heaters to warm the
cartridges.
Upon opening the pouch, check the color of the silica gel in the
sachet against the color chart on the inside back cover of this IFU
and explanations below. If the silica gel is completely green, as
indicated in figure 4, the cartridge must not be used. Contact your

After opening the pouch, the cartridge must be used within 5 minutes
