ATTENTION!
The nominal oil level at the initial
installation (new cutter bar – first filling or
completely cleaned cutter bar after
servicing) is 4 litres.
SILVERCUT DISC 300 F FC, 300 F, 300 F RC
ATTENTION!
The nominal oil level at the initial
installation (new cutter bar – first filling or
completely cleaned cutter bar after
servicing) is 3,5 litres.
– Use plant-based grease.
8. Wintering
1. Remove the machine in a dry place. Not near the
mineral manure storehouse.
2. Clean the machine inside and outside thoroughly.
Dirt holds moisture and causes rust. Cleaning with
high pressure cleaner is not recommanded.
3. Check flexible parts such as stay wires, joints and
other, demount and clean them, check the wear
out. Replace with spare parts if needed.
4. Lubricate all the parts of P.T.O. shaft connections.
5. After cleaning grease the machine thoroughly.
6. Grease the bearing of P.T.O. shaft protection to
reduce agglutination.
7. Repair the varnish injuries, protect the bright
surfaces with a remedy for rust.
Purpose activities for the mower!
9. Restart for a new season
1. Wipe the oil and grease used for the
conservation of tmachine.
2. Lubricate the machine thoroughly to eliminate
the possible condensation moisture from
bearings.
3. Check the tyre preassure.
4. Check all nuts and bolts and tighten them with
the torque, listed in the table.
5. Check the hydraulic pipes and tightness of the
couplings.
6. Check and tighten all nuts and screws.
7. Read carefully the work and safety instructions
again.
10. Sonderausrüstung / Zusatzteile
10.1 Replacing the blades by screwing
The mower has serial built-in quick blade replacement.
On your request the service can perform the change
on replacing the blades by screwing.
For each disc the following elements are necessary:
– SCREW ident: 745031170
– NUT ident: 150645109 (2 pieces)
– PLATE ident: 745031190
Sharp blades enable even cut and high performance of
the mower. Turn or replace the blades in due course.
Always replace both blades on one disc.
The mower has the blades for grass cut with the discs
turning right and the blades for grass cut with the
discs turning left. Attention! Mount the correct blade
to the disc!
– Repair works, maintenance, periodical
overhauls, cleaning and elimination of
funtctional disturbances must be
performed with the switched off drive
and stand still engine! Remove the
ignition key!
– Use protective gloves!
– Do not repair (grind) worn out blades.
Danger of blade ejection!
– When opening the blade box always
hold the cover open with one hand.
Danger of stroke!
