Adjusting the chain length
– Lift the mower with tractor's hydraulics to the
heighest position.
– Connect the spring (1) into connection (2) on the
hitch of the mower.
– Place the connecting joint (4) on the connection
(3) on the front hitch framework.
– Check the alfa angle between 26º and 31º.
– Change the spring connection on connection (2)
and/or connection (3).
– Measure the chain (5) to lower joint (4) and
adjust it adequately to the lower joint of the chain
(6).
– Lower the mower with tractor's hydraulics to work
position.
It is recommended to adapt the
–
discharge to the ground conditions of
the mowing.
– If the mowing is interrupted, lift the
mower to transport position or undo
both chains of the discharge springs
and put them on the hook. Assure the
longer life time of the springs.

3.3 S-FLOW connection
– For this connection, the tractor must be
equipped in the front with a three-point
quick hitch, a PTO shaft and a two-way
hydraulics (2 connections) with a closed
middle position.

The connection has many movable parts,
so pay attention to the pictograms that
mark dangers, especially to prevent
crushing of body parts.
This connection provides excellent adjustment of the
cutter bar to the surface. The vertical travel of the
cutting part is 500mm, the side adjustment is up to
+15° and the forward-backward adjustment is from -6
to +14°.
3.3.1 S-FLOW connection – connection to the
tractor
To connect the mower to the tractor, the latter must be
equipped with a front hydraulic three-point leverage
with a PH2 quick hitch. Additionally, a two-way
connection for the hydraulics is also necessary (two
couplings).
Move the tractor to the mower and attach it with the
PH2 quick hitch. Secure the quick hitch with the pin (1)
as shown in the figure below.
