– Check the adjustment of the hydraulic
discharge of the cutter bars before
starting mowing in order to prevent the
overloading of the cutter bar in upward
inclinations (material damage).

Filling up the hydraulic discharge system, cutter bar
in work position
– Place the machine in the working position.
– Engage the floating position of the tractor
arms.
– Engage the hydraulic circuit and build up the
pressure of 90 – 110 bar (1).
– Close the hydraulic valve on the machine (2).
– The machine is ready for operation.
SILVERCUT DISC 300 F FC
Filling up the hydraulic discharge system, cutter bar
in work position
– Place the machine in the working position.
– Engage the floating position of the tractor
arms.
– Engage the hydraulic circuit and build up the
pressure of 86 – 92 bar (1).
– Close the hydraulic valve on the machine (2).
– The machine is ready for operation.

Filling up the hydraulic discharge system, cutter bar
in work position
– Place the machine in the working position.
– Engage the floating position of the tractor
arms.
– Engage the hydraulic circuit and build up the
pressure of 98 – 102 bar (1).
– Close the hydraulic valve on the machine (2).
– The machine is ready for operation.

Higher discharging pressure is
recommended.
