3.3.2 S-FLOW connection – disconnection from the
tractor
To disconnect the mower, follow the connection steps
in reverse order. To disconnect the mower, find a
horizontal spot with a solid surface, where you can
disconnect the mower in a stable way.
First, disconnect the chains from the tractor. Lower the
cutting part with the mower hydraulics so that it rests
on the ground; the connection should be at least 10cm
higher than the working position. Disconnect the PTO
shaft, pull out and install the support leg in the front
(for versions with the conditioner, the support leg is
not necessary). Move the disconnection support in the
position for disconnection. Lower the connection so
that the scythe rests on the support leg and the rear
support and release the pressure in the hydraulic
system of the mower. In case of longer storage of the
mower, we also recommend that you release the
pressure from the relief system. Disconnect the
hydraulic couplings, remove the quick hitch safety pin
and move the tractor's front three-point system into
the floating position, so that the PH2 quick hitch
disconnects.
Never use two-way hydraulics on the three-point
system to disconnect the tractor.
If the quick hitch fails to disconnect in the floating
position of the hydraulics, change the length of the
upper clasp of the three-point hitch, until you reach
the position in which the connection disconnects.
Move the tractor away and place the PTO shaft into its
storage hook.
3.3.3 S-FLOW connection – transport
For transport, lift the cutting part with the hydraulic
cylinder all the way up (the cylinder is completely
extended).
When the scythe is completely lifted, the front handles
are pressed against rubber buffers, which enables
stable transport without large side oscillations.
Secure the mower with hooks, so it does not fall off
during transport.
