Adjustment of fault messages
9.4.1
Alarm for detergent supply low
This alarm is activated, when the detergent storage vessel is empty, via the connection of a
suction lance with empty signal. The delay time for the alarm message and the external
alarm is adjustable (EMPTY DETERGENT DELAY: 0005 s).
The metering process stops during the time of detergent being low.
When the adjusted delay time is out the external fault message is activated. This can be
acknowledged by pressing any button. The message NO DETERGENT / CHANGE TANK
alarm will continue to flash on the display until the tank is changed.
Adjust the delay time in the menu (EMPTY DETERGENT DELAY) from 1 until 9999s in
steps of 1s (pre-set from works 5s).
Adjustment of time delay:

9.4.2
Alarm for metering time exceeded (t
When the detergent concentration falls below the adjusted limit, the alarm delay time starts
running. Within this time the concentration has to be restored again. The adjustment of an
alarm delay time (DETERGENT DELAY TIME) prevents the alarm message being
activated when the concentration drops a negligible amount.
The delay time is pre-set from works to 180 Seconds; this can be changed in steps of 1s
within a range of 10 - 9999 Seconds.
When the adjusted time (tmax) times out the metering process is stopped, the display
shows the alarm message „NO DETERGENT / CHECK METERING" and the external
alarm outputs is activated.
The alarm can be acknowledged by pressing any button.

Adjustment of the manual metering time
The detergent output can be activated in the SERVICE FUNCTIONS of the menu
DETERGENT OUTPUT. The run time to start is limited by the adjusted MANUAL DOSING
TIME and can be adjusted from 1 to 9999 s in steps of 1s (pre-set form works: 0120 s).
