Safety instructions
For maintenance and repair work of parts, which are in contact with detergents, it is
imperative to wear the correct protective clothing and protective glasses, due to the risk of
injury.
Before any repair work the unit must be disconnected from the power supply.
2.1
Special importance notes
The expressions "WARNING", "CAUTION" and "NOTE" in this manual have the following
implications:
is used when injuries or accidents can result from incorrectly observed or ignored

is used to point out particular information.
2.2
Listings
Lists with the ( ) symbol denote an activity which must be performed by
installation/service personnel only.
2.3
Special safety information for maintenance and repair work
Always flush dangerous media out of the dosing head, depressurise the pressure line and
wear protective clothing (safety glasses, protective gloves and apron) before performing
maintenance work.
Only trained and qualified electricians are allowed to carry out repairs to the electrics
(safety regulations prescribed by the Employers' Liability Insurance Association VB G 4 &
CAUTION

Other live parts can be exposed by opening covers or removing parts, unless they can be
removed without the use of tools.
Connecting parts may also carry an electrical current.
